With an extensive history in recruitment including leading and managing teams and broader operations, the client approached Select Resumes to obtain assistance in creating a document to showcase her skills and achievements. Having never required a resume previously, the documents were being created from scratch.

A comprehensive consultation took place. With 17 years of recent employment history having occurred within 2 employers, it was agreed that the resume would focus on these two roles. Key responsibilities, achievements and challenges overcome were shared to profile the client as a capable, experienced and innovative leader and manager.

The final resume was three pages long, showcasing a highly successful recent career and detailing a number of exciting achievements. The client now has a document that can be readily adapted to suit applications revolving around consulting, leadership and other relevant roles within the recruitment industry.
