Pharmacy Director – Resume Updates and Two-Page Statement by Asha C.
The client was working for a rural health district in the position of Pharmacy Director and wanted to extend her experience within a larger agency with increased responsibility. To apply for the role of Pharmacy Director, the client was required to provide a two-page statement outlining their skills and experience, and ability to meet key accountabilities in the areas of:

I engaged the client in a discussion to put together this application, ensuring she had relevant examples and experience for each point. In addition, I ensured she provided me with a clear Situation, Task, Action and Result for each example to enable me to put together the responses using the STAR model.
As she had a considerable amount of experience relevant to the role, I was faced with the challenge of capturing and presenting the information within two pages, including key organisational values. I, therefore, used short and concise paragraphs including examples that addressed her strategic leadership, clinical and management skills in a complex and clinical governance environment.
I am confident that the client presents as a strong applicant for this role and look forward to hearing back from the client.
