Key Selection Criteria – Online Coordinator – Western Australia
The brief was to create a two page document addressing three broad areas of competency for a position as an Online Coordinator. With a strong background in marketing communications supported by recent experience in a digital media focused role, the client presents as an ideal applicant for the role.
During the consultation, several examples were discussed with the strongest and most aligned to the position chosen to demonstrate each competency area. An in-depth discussion occurred to provide context in regards to the client’s current position, enabling key achievements and robust descriptions to be woven throughout.
The final piece is a two page document providing an overview of the client’s skills and knowledge within three key areas of expertise, supported by strong specific examples. Forming part of a strong application package, the selection criteria invites the recruiter to meet with the applicant, an ideal addition to the skill mix at the organisation.
