Senior Executive Assistant

[wpseo_breadcrumb]

The client was a highly experienced Executive Assistant looking for a fresh look for her existing resume, which was seven pages long in small font and long paragraphs.

During the consultation, we discussed her key strengths, which were then highlighted in a strong opening profile, as well as listed in the Key Skills section. Key Skills were broken down into sections, including Business Acumen, Leadership and Communication, and Technology & Software, to give recruiters the ability to scan through the first two pages of the client’s resume and see her areas of expertise. Additionally, the industries in which she had worked were highlighted to enable recruiters to quickly gain a sense of her versatility and ability to adapt to new industries.

Each role had a large number of key achievements, which were grouped in sub-categories, such as Operational Efficiency. This showed that the client not only carried out her responsibilities effectively but also identified and executed significant improvements in each role, therefore increasing organisational productivity, cost-saving, business knowledge, morale and skills.

A strong and experienced client, her resume will demonstrate the client’s ability to immediately add value in a strategic partnership role.
