Senior Administrative Position Key Selection Criteria
With a very tight turnaround time of less than 48 hours, the brief was to create robust responses to 6 selection criteria rapidly. The role was a senior administrative position with leadership aspects. The client had a long career within the Defence Force across various leadership roles.
The consultation aimed to create synergies between the client’s previous employment and the target position. We focused on providing examples from a variety of situations to demonstrate adaptability and a strong set of transferable skills.
The final piece was comprised of six detailed responses to the criteria. Each example was crafted to integrate a comprehensive picture of professionalism, knowledge and collaboration.
