Resume and Cover Letter – Senior Accounting candidate
The client had a lengthy history of instituting change and growth, including implementing system improvements and fostering staff development. With a goal of moving into project management, the resume needed to be adaptable whilst enabling application to roles within the current skill set.
The interview process was centered on a discussion of past professional achievements. A focus on creating a balanced, well-rounded account of both leadership and fiscal accomplishments was used.
