With extensive experience as a senior nursing professional, this client is seeking to have a greater impact on the health and wellbeing of her community in the role of Access and Flow Manager to facilitate coordinated, timely and efficient patient journeys through health services of a busy regional centre.

As there was a lot of content to cover in this application, I held several consultations with the client to gather and refine examples. The client provided background documents she had previously prepared for other applications. Reading these helped me quickly get to know the client; her dedication, experience, and skills are essential to writing genuine and targeted responses to the selection criteria. With thorough research into the region’s role and challenges, this information formed the basis of thorough and clear responses with which the client was very pleased.
