It’s an intensive 12-month program that offers challenging work rotations, to develop your skills and explore different areas of interest. You’ll be assigned a Program Manager, always on hand to guide you through the various processes, excellent training opportunities, and most importantly an advancement upon successful completion of the course on top of the generous starting salary of $71,000+. The course will stretch you, but in return, you will be rewarded with flexible working arrangements, a workplace culture that is supportive and promotes equal opportunity, and an excellent social and networking base with fellow graduates.
